Anyone tried Smoked Risotto it’s very subtle and makes an excellent alternative to the usual risottos well recommended and it’s produced in Devon.
They also smoke Juniper berries, Coriander and Devon sea salt, I bought the Risotto through ebay and I’m now waiting for the Juniper to be delivered so I’ll let you all know what they’re like later.
