    Hi Nick,

    Great site, great links. I see you’ve already discovered Nick Stephens from Bordeuax Undiscovered - he’s great to chat to and has some interesting wines.

    I’ve just added a downloadable Free Wine Tasting Sheet to use with at-home or group tastings. I’d be happy to hear from anyone who finds it useful or thinks it needs some design tweaks.

    There is never such a thing as too much info- hence adding my pennies worth with my wine producers directory to the Aude, Languedoc.
